AUTOMATION OF LOCAL EMPLOYMENT AGENCY OFFICES PROJECT (ALLOP)

Project Details:

Turkish Labor Office Local Employment Office Automation Project (ALLOP) within the framework of World Bank Projects developed by Cybersoft during 900 men/months is presented to 1,060 user access over 117 distributed Employment Office and General Directorate. Over the Job Loss Compensation and Unemployment Insurance Application System developed in the scope of the ALLOP, the raised repayment of unemployment fund approximately 3 quadrillion TL have been realized since February 2002.
The ALLOP project started in March 1998 and its final acceptance was done in August 2001. At the project, (on NT/Windows2000/Unix systems) object-oriented approach was chosen; CORBA-based 3-tier client / server architecture, C++ programming language and ORACLE İVTYS was used; Windows and Web based user interfaces were applied.

Within the scope of this project, trainings were provided by CYBERSOFT for 20 technical staff from İŞKUR on application development and on the following subjects:

  • Windows Based Programming,
  • Client / Server Architecture,
  • Ad-hoc Reporting,
  • Object Oriented Programming with C++,
  • Application Development Methodology (CSOM),
  • LBMS Case Instruments (Select Enterprise).
    (CSOM),
