Overview:

AVIS Project aims at providing an efficient Information Technology support to Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in order to enable timely and precise transfer of tax revenues to national budget and execute rapid, flexible and useful national tax policies.

Aiming at achieving the above results, a flexible, scalable, reliable and safe open-architecture system is provided to the Ministry featuring contemporary and robust technologies. Within the scope of AVIS; application software development, one-year software guarantee, training of programmers and trainers (who will later train application software users) of the Ministry is provided by CYBERSOFT.

As a smaller but similar system to VEDOP, AVIS also aims at the full automation of all transactions regarding Azerbaijan Ministry of Tax Headquarters and all local tax offices. The Project consists of numerous sub-systems that are listed below:
