Project Details:

EMAR Satis Sonrasi Musteri Hizmetleri A.S., is the authorized after-sales customer service and support provider for one of the largest construction and heating companies in Turkey, the E.C.A Group. In this context, the E.C.A. Group chose CYBERSOFT's Service Automation System (SAS) in order to fully automate its after-sales customer support service network.


E-SerEMAR is powered with CYBERSOFT�s Service Automation System (SAS) that provides advanced after-sales support services for enterprises. The system enables the distributed authorized service points in various locations within an enterprise to communicate with the headquarters in order to carry out all customer operations from a single point. With e-SerEMAR, CYBERSOFT provided an Online&Offline Management System covering customer services, stock tracking, order transactions and reporting activities of over 100 authorized customer support and maintanence services for E.C.A. Group.
