Project Scope :

It is a project developed for the issues of assignment of Tax Inspectors of Board, performing task follow up, transferring of Inspector reports to the system prepared as a result of these assignments, assessment and follow up of reports within the scope of the system, their transmission to relevant units and generation of statistics required by the Board in individual and whole basis, management of personnel resources of the Board and monitoring of inventories they own besides general purpose office transactions such as document recording, document transfer, document management as to be used in an integrated manner to central and provincial units subordinated to Ministry of Finance Presidency of Tax Inspection Board. It is a central project and a project developed as web based and a project open to internet access due to the Administrative Structure of the Board and method of working of Tax Inspectors and to enable its use from every place of Turkey. A team of 8 persons assigned in different periods and workloads for the project development and approximately 60-man manpower is pent and it is continued to supply maintenance and development services to project in line with the requirements of the Board. In the scope of this Project;

Project characteristics

    Required application modules have been developed. Some of them are as follows:

  • Incoming documents and outgoing documents, document scanning, document interrogation, document transfer and monitoring, document cancellation, etc transactions.
  • Document Creation and Management Transactions
  • Creating documents from templates, document keeping and monitoring, access to documents with authorization control, etc transactions,
  • Assignment Processes
  • Task creation, task monitoring, assignment letters, task follow up, etc. transactions,
  • Inspection Transactions
  • Starting to work, task correspondences, report generation, report interrogation, assignment closing, etc. transactions,
  • Report Assessment (RDK) Transactions
  • Flow, assessment, preparing relevant records for the reports, etc transactions,
  • Conciliation Before Assessment (TÖU) Transactions
  • Inviting for conciliation, realizing conciliation transactions of reports, reporting conciliation results, etc. transactions,
  • Statistical Transactions
  • Generating periodical statistical certificates, generating individual and mass statistics etc
  • Remuneration / Progress Payment transactions
  • Recording of progress payment information, generating required documents, etc transactions,
  • Personnel Management Transactions
  • Recording personnel information, assignment, transposition processes, personnel reports, etc transactions,
  • Denunciation Assessment (İDK) Transactions
  • Assessment of denunciations, putting into operation, reporting working results, etc transactions
  • Tour transactions
  • Making assignment, inspection, reporting, report assessment, reconciliation and relevant correspondences in the regions those previously determined beforehand (with teams), reporting team working results, etc. transactions,
  • Performance Management Transactions
  • Assessing works of inspection personnel and reporting their performances, etc transactions,
  • Inventory / Accounting Transactions
  • Management and monitoring transactions of the Board,
  • Help Desk and System Management Transactions
  • User management, organization definitions, correcting faults and faulty processes in the system, etc. transactions.

  • Relational database modeling involving approximately 180 pieces of tables was performed. This number only is the number of tables used for storing information required by the Board infrastructure tables those to be given in big scaled projects such as user definitions, organizational structure, authorization relations are not included to this figure. Number and diversity of table continues to increase as a consequence of maintenance and development studies sustained for the Board.
