EInvoice Registration System

"Electronic Invoice Registration System" (EFKS) developed by CYBERSOFT is a pioneer project used by five leading companies in telecommunications sector. Administrated by the Revenue Administation, the project is officially in use since February 2008.
EFKS is a fast, easy-to-use, reliable, secure and cost-effective technological solution for handling and processing the invoices in electronic format. EFKS allows the enterprises to send certain data on their invoices to Revenue Administration database for being archived electronically according to defined standards. By using this system, companies will no longer have to store the secondary copies of these invoices in paper form

Technical Details
Electronic Invoice Registration System is built upon an architecture enabling the interoperability wtih other systems and allowing the users to execute additional operations such as various promotional campaigns with the option to attach subscription forms, product catalgoues or customer satisfaction surveys with the electronic invoices.
Below diagram shows a more detailed view of EFKS architecture and the flow of transactions over the system. The messages (invoices) are created in PDF/XFA structure so that they can be viewed in various third party applications. In addition, this feature enables the receivers/customers to "catch" the content of the invoices and transfer these data packs directly into their accounting and/or resource planning systems.
